Nut free slice for School!

Good Morning! I hope this finds you well…..I have been making this for a few weeks and my kids love it….they feel like they are having muesli type bars again….although they are a little crumbly they don’t seem to mind and keep asking for it….I hope you enjoy it also…..

NUT FREE slice for school.

Preheat oven to 180c & line a lamington tray with baking paper.

In a large bowl place 1 cup desiccated coconut

2/3 cup brown rice flour

1/3 cup buckwheat flour

1/3 cup sunflower oil

1/3 cup rapadura

1/3 cup sultanas

1/3 cup choc chips

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

2 eggs

1 tspn baking powder

1 tspn cinnamon.

Mix well & push firmly into the lined tray. Bake for 15-18 minutes (depending on your oven). 
OPTIONS: swap flours for any plain flours. Swap sunflower oil for your choice of oil. Rapadura can be swapped for brown sugar or coconut sugar. Use dairy free choc chips if dairy is an issue.
