I decided to have a day of speaking about sugar, asking questions, sharing posts and trying to give you as MUCH information as I possibly could…..on BOTH sides….as there IS two sides to everything.

Here is a quick and easy sugar free recipe that I made last week especially for my Miss almost 9 who I have on a refined sugar free diet at the moment…..
SUGAR FREE LEMON BISCUIT SLICE!
1 cup rice four
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tspn cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup OR agave syrup
6 tblspns coconut oil
zest of 1/2 large lemon
Preheat oven to 180c and line a lamington tray with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients well into a large bowl.
Use your hands to continue to mix the ingredients until well combined – I find the heat from your hands helps with the coconut oil and it mixes better this way.
Push mixture into the prepared lamington tray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
A simple yet tasty “biscuity’ type slice that my Miss almost 9 thoroughly enjoyed and was thrilled she could take to school for morning tea.
I hope you have enjoyed all this information! Please don’t hesitate to send me a private message on FB or email me at info@cutoutthecrap.com.au if you have any questions!
Take Care Of You,
Collette x
