Since making this soup a few weeks ago my Miss 8 and 10 have asked for it almost every cold afternoon when they come home from school! I thought I would post it on here for you incase you missed it on my Facebook page…
5 minute noodle soup
Place 1 packet Pad Thai Rice Noodles (ingredients are rice and water) into a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Put on a high heat. Add approx 1 cup thinly shredded cabbage, 1 grated carrot, 2 tblspns dried parsley and seasoning. Some options for seasoning are: herbamare (organic vegetables and salt) OR dulce OR soy sauce – OR I used Vital Veggie Powder from Superfoods for Kidz.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
SIMPLE AT THAT
Maybe not 2 minute noodle soup —- but so much better for you!!!!!
